Mack Boots is excited to announce the addition of Dr Caleb Wegener to the Mack Boots team. Dr Caleb Wegener has been appointed as Footwear Research and Innovation Developer to further Mack’s quest to provide industry leading footwear through research, innovation and design.

Caleb has a PhD in footwear biomechanics and is a registered podiatrist with eight years clinical experience. He will apply his extensive expertise on foot and footwear function to the design and development of Mack Boots footwear.

This will ensure that Mack Boots maintains its position as an industry leader in producing the most functional and comfortable safety footwear in the market.

Dr Wegener has 13 scientific publications on the interaction between the foot and footwear and has presented at 21 national and international scientific conferences. He also has numerous magazine publications and community presentations on the foot and footwear.
