How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Review the Warranty Notice PDF to confirm your issue is covered.
  2. Locate your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Seek resolution through the retailer where you purchased the product.
  4. Alternatively, send the product directly to Mack Boots for assessment. Ensure the footwear is cleaned of all dirt and adhering material, and include your name, address, daytime phone number, a brief description of the issue, and proof of purchase.
  5. You are responsible for the freight cost to send the product; however, if Mack Boots accepts that the defect is covered under warranty, that freight cost will be reimbursed.

If the claim is approved, Mack Boots will repair or replace the product in accordance with the Warranty Notice.

How long is my warranty?
The warranty lasts 6 months from the date of purchase or 12 months from the date of manufacture (whichever is longer).
What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Improper care or storage
  • Environmental factors such as excessive heat, water, or chemical exposure
What is the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee?

You can try your properly fitted Mack Boots for up to 30 days from purchase.

If they are uncomfortable, you may return them to the original place of purchase, provided:

  • The boots are undamaged
  • You return them within 30 days
  • You provide proof of purchase

You can choose between a refund or exchange of equal value.

Do I need my receipt to make a claim?
Yes, proof of purchase is required for both warranty and comfort guarantee claims.
