Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique order number. If you're a registered member, simply log in to your account and enter your order number to track your parcel. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
We ship Mack safety boots to all corners of Australia. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate shipping for international orders at the moment.
Enjoy free shipping for standard orders over $100. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of $9.95 applies. Choose from various payment methods, from Visa and MasterCard to PayPal and AfterPay.
Once we send out your order, it usually takes anywhere from two to ten business days for it to arrive, depending on your location. We're quick at getting orders ready – usually within 24 hours. We've teamed up with Australia Parcel Post service to ensure your package arrives on time and in excellent shape.
You have 30 days from when your order was delivered to decide if you want to return something. Just shoot us an email at contactus@mackboots.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. If we give you the thumbs up for the return, kindly ship the items back, along with any accompanying paperwork, to our address at 55 Sarah Andrews Close, Erskine Park, NSW, 2759. When returning footwear, please pack them inside a satchel and avoid attaching anything to the original shoe box. Please note that we won't be able to process your return if the packaging shows any markings or is in an unsatisfactory condition. Once we've received the item and verified that it meets our Returns Policy, we'll start the exchange or refund process.
