Highlights

The ADAPT™ sole unit technology is designed to mamimize adaption on rough and uneven terrain. The deep flex grooves provide improved flexibility for a smoother transition, whilst an increased surface area on the lateral side and the additional XT NODES increase sole contact coverage further adding stability across all jobsite environments.

The articulateFit™ upper design creates an integrated system allowing the foot to move during the gait cycle. Each eyelet is independent and has it's own webbing structure attached to the midsole that acts like a harness in securing the foot within the boot. The flexible upper shaft of the boot allows the leg to move forward over the boot providing a more comfortable toe off and easing usage of tendons and ligaments in the foot and ankle.

The WIDEcap is ideal for workers who require a wider fit in a work boot. The wide anatomical design and shape reduces rubbing and nerve impingement increasing overall comfort.

I've worn the original Octane 1.0 for at least 5 years and decided to try these 2.0. They're were horrible, much heavier and shredded my heels up.
So I went back to the 1.0 and they feel like I'm wearing Ugg Boots. Much much comfier

Very disappointing!!!

Been wearing Mack octane boots for years. Have always been my go to, but why make these new ones a different fit! They are narrower than the original making them very uncomfortable. Very disappointing I was excited about the idea of the leather tongue and upper making them more waterproof. But I’ll have to return them and get something else now.

I bought them for my diesel apprentice son. The boys at work said they are the best. Hes now wearing them and loves them

Well made, however still not wide enough. They are wider than most other boots however.

Seriously Comfortable

Love these new Mack Octane 2.0 boots. Was having aches on my feet with another brand of work boots, but within a day of wearing these my foot pain was no more! The Zip and sole seem sturdy and love the grip under my feet.
