We ship Mack footwear anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship international orders at this time. 

How much does the delivery cost?

We're delighted to provide free delivery for standard orders over $100; otherwise, it's only $9.95. We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AfterPay.

How long does the delivery usually take?

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time usually ranges from two to ten working days, depending on your location. Orders are generally picked and sent out within 24 hours. We've partnered with the reliable Australia Parcel Post service to ensure your parcel arrives promptly and in excellent condition.

What is your return policy?

Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email us at contactus@mackboots.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Our team usually replies within two business days to confirm whether the items were purchased from our store and are eligible for return. If you meet the criteria outlined in the Returns Policy, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. 

Kindly send the items alongside any provided paperwork to 55 Sarah Andrews Close, Erskine Park, NSW, 2759. Items returned without a valid Return Authorisation Number will be returned at the customer’s expense.

When returning footwear, please pack them inside a satchel and avoid attaching anything to the exterior of the original shoe box. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process your return if the packaging shows any markings or is unsatisfactory.

Once the item has been received and confirmed to meet our Returns Policy, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process.

How do I return items purchased in-store?

The Returns Policy mentioned above only applies to online purchases. If you bought Mack products from a retail store, please check that store's own Returns Policy.
